We have rented with Shorewood 5 times. 3 of them renting the same large home and this last time, last weekend renting a 3 bdrm condo for 3 nights.

We have used Shorewood frequently over the past 20 years. We used them this year for a two week rental at lovely cottage, Sandcastle. They offered mid-stay house cleaning as well as linen changes, which was new to us. The staff was very accommodating and responsive to a couple of minor issues. We already have booked with them for next August.
All the staff have been extremely helpful from finding a place to checkin and checkout. Any contact during the stay is rare since they handle quality properties. But in the few instances, they have responded quickly giving great service. Im sure the home owners are very satisfied as are we. They are a significant part of why we love Emerald Isle. Their office is centrally located (and near a Dairy Queen..important to our grandchildren). Its hard to believe another realtor can equal their level of service
Excellent service from the time I booked. Very friendly and there if you need them. Accommodations were great and am looking forward to going back. Had a great time. Nice quiet, friendly beach. Different beaches to ride too. Shopping and several things to do. Family type of beach. No loud music goers or partiers being loud. I recommend Esmerald Isle any time of year and the accommodations.
