Some small problems with our beach rental but overall a quality experience. Check in was easy, even late at night. Staff was responsive to our problems, and did their best to correct the issues we had with cleanliness of the house. The reality company was straightforward with no hidden costs or last minute "extras." I really felt like they were invested in making our vacation enjoyable.
My family and I have booked vacation rentals with Emerald Isle realty twice in the last two years and our experience with them has been wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Additionally, upon the morning of checkout from your rental property, the office offers a small, but free, continental breakfast which was nice.

But this review is to show my gratitude to their Events Director, Krystal. We had a family wedding and things fell through at the last minute. When I say last minute, I called Krystal at 2 pm on the day before the wedding. We needed help with the works....locations, caterer, planning, EVERYTHING! She and her team (Valerie and Megan) are not only professional, knowledgeable and work well under pressure; I'm convinced they are miracle workers. Even when I was stressing out; they kept me calm and the bride and groom happy. The wedding and reception were amazing. My words can’t convey how deeply grateful I am for Krystal saving the day.
