Hands down one of the best companies i have ever booked through before. They treat you as family and that's what i enjoyed most I didn't just go to a house and punch in a code to get in.
I went to there office picked up my key pack and was greeted by a very friendly group of people.
The Century 21 Coastland Realty company made our vacation rental the easiest and simplest we have ever arranged. They worked with us from the beginning and assured us the room that we wanted. We were thinking that the Pebble Beach condos would be nice but our expectations were well exceeded. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in upper scale places. It really felt like our home away from home. The convenience of the amenities and location of the beach was excellent. We weren't bothered by anyone. It was very quiet and peaceful. The realty company made sure we had everything we needed which was a lovely surprise. Everyone was so friendly and nice. They took time to answer questions from the time we booked until after we left, making sure we were happy and thanking us. We look forward to working with Century 21 Coastland Realty on arranging future vacations and perhaps making a permanent purchase one day.
My family lived in a long term rental from this company for the past two years. We had such a great experience and will miss working with them! They respond quickly to needs and are always easy to work with. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them!!
After a 3 hour drive and some restless children I was pleased to be met with a friendly staff and the quickest check in process ever. We enjoyed our weekend stay and will be using them again. Thank you CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty for making our quick mini vacation such a success!

We came down to Emerald Isle for a family reunion and rented several places from Coastland Realty. We called to several companies before choosing them, as we found they were the most helpful and friendly on the phone. The agents actually knew the properties personally and were in Emerald Isle. Their prices were the most reasonable we heard from the 3 other companies we called. We arrived after hours and owed a balance and they let us pick up the keys anyway and drop out check in the drop box. Unheard of these days... We did have an air conditioner problem at one of the places, but it was fixed in a timely manner. We will definitely be using this company again if we get a chance to come back to Emerald Isle.
