I don't have a lot of nice to say about pipeline plumbing. They are very nice people and are polite when you meet them...But they are not prompt. They are like the cable guys and will be there sometime between 12-5 except they won't show up at all and will claim the day was over booked. They have come twice to fix my shower diverter except it is broken again for the third time in 6 months so now I'm contacting a different plumber. Pipeline is over priced, did not fix the diverter, and does not communicate well about their appointments. Cannot be more disappointed.
Awesome customer service. Guys came out to install a dishwasher. They were quick, efficient and very nice. Even cleaned up after themselves!! Highly recommend pipeline!!
Seth and his crew came out Easter weekend and replaced my broken water heater. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. We are planning to remodel in the future and will definitely be using them again!

Derek, the lead one, was extremely knowledgeable and polite, and clearly took pride in his work. Both technicians took the time to explain my options and give their honest recommendations. Their pricing was definitely fair, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They completed the repair competently and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing, and Derek was a standout model of professionalism.
I called at 8:15 yesterday morning. Lady who answered took my info and said someone would be calling. Have not heard a word since. Tried calling this morning and went to voicemail, left a message but as stated earlier no response. Not good business. Hope you have better luck
